1. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number if one is available for your specific shipment.

2. How to Track

To view the status of your delivery:

  • Open your shipping confirmation email.

  • Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number provided.

  • Visit the carrier's website to see the most recent updates on your package's location.

3. Processing Times

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same or next business day.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for our team to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take some time for the carrier’s system to reflect the initial status updates after the tracking number is generated.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Area: We currently provide tracking and delivery for orders within the United Kingdom.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window:

  • Please verify your shipping address in the original order confirmation.

  • Allow extra time during peak holiday seasons or in the event of carrier delays.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund.
